Public Offer Agreement

This Agreement is made between the user (the “Buyer”) and Paper VPN service provider (the “Seller”). By using Paper VPN, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Services Provided

The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to the VPN service, which includes secure and anonymous internet browsing. The Seller will use best efforts to ensure the availability of the service, except for scheduled maintenance and technical issues.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Paper VPN. The Buyer also agrees not to use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Seller’s Obligations: Provide services in proper quality and in full.
Seller’s Rights: Suspend service in case of violation of this Agreement by the Buyer.
Buyer’s Obligations: Provide accurate information and refrain from misuse of the service.
Buyer’s Rights: During the period of provision of services, verify the quality of the provided services without interfering with Seller’s activities.

4. Free Service

Paper VPN is provided free of charge for a period of 6 months. No bank card or payment details are required. There are no hidden fees or automatic charges.

5. Liability of the Parties

The Seller and the Buyer are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Privacy Policy

All traffic on our servers is encrypted. We collect data anonymously about application errors, including only error information, date, and the device’s operating system. We do not store users' IP addresses.
